Bethany Kraatz
Specializing in Lexington, Louisville, and Northern Kentucky horse farms and luxury homes. She has an extensive background in Dressage, Eventing, Combined Driving, Saddlebreds, and Thoroughbreds. She is an FEI Combined Driving and Eventing Steward. Asbury University graduate as a double major in Business Management and Equine Management, and a minor in French.
Jessica Bloom
Jessica grew up on a farm in Southern Ohio, spending her youth and amateur career showing Western and English All-Around on the AQHA circuit. She also spent some time as a professional trainer in New Jersey and Ohio. She then went on to enter the world of OTTB’s. She holds extensive knowledge of performance and breeding. She knew she had to do something that combined her love of horses and Real Estate, so she dove headfirst into the real estate market, carving out a niche in farm and luxury real estate. She also has a degree in Broadcasting. Jessica now lives in NKY and is licensed in OH and Ky. Combining her knowledge of the 3, she’s able to take farm sales to an exciting level. Getting to make a living, forging lifelong connections, all while helping people plant their roots on dream farms is the goal.
Brian McGrew
After 32 years of climbing the corporate ladder in the pharmaceutical industry and starting up a law enforcement software company, Brian and his wife Becky decided to focus on the Real Estate industry with a specialty in equestrian, lake front, and golf course luxury properties since they both have had extensive experience buying and selling these kinds of properties as primary and secondary homes or businesses. Brian takes great pride and enjoys being a student of the ever evolving real estate industry & the needs of his clients. In doing so, he helps his clients "see around the corner" to avoid pitfalls and to ensure they have the best possible experience through the challenge of luxury real estate transactions. Brian uses his positive attitude, experience, and skills in communication, problem solving, and return on investment knowledge to power his consultative style. His clients and colleagues often remark how amazed they are at how he brings transactions to a close when others have stalled, given up, or failed.
